(Upstream -Oil and Gas Field) :
- Detail Engineering, Procurement, Installation, testing & commissioning of process piping, manifolds & heavy structures for offshore projects. The company has its own Welding procedure specification (WPS) & procedure qualification record (PQR) duly approved by DNV Ltd. For specialized welding of high pressure process piping in different materials such as Duplex Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Cu-Ni, Stainless Steel, Structural, etc.
- Heavy Structural fabrication & welding of conductor follower, WYE piece, deck extensions, riser clamps, etc for offshore projects with approved welding procedure specifications & procedure qualification record in 6GR position duly approved by DNV Ltd.
- Preparation of Isometric drawings, P&ID, Bill of materials, pre-fabrication of spools as well as support and structures, transportation of pre-fabricated spools & structures from workshop to site.
- Fabrication, assembly & testing of pressure vessels, tanks, manifolds/ headers as per specifications.
- In house NDT facility such as Radiography testing, Ultrasonic testing, TOFD, Dye penetrating test, Magnetic particle testing, Post weld heat treatment etc.
- Hydro-testing of Process piping, valves, manifolds as per specifications.
- Sand blasting & painting of pipes & structures as per specifications.
- Topside modifications on process & unmanned platforms, installation of riser clamps, deck extensions, walkway, staircase, gratings & handrails.
- New installation/modification of process piping on platforms for flow arm, riser lines, water injection and gas lift lines, etc. using CS, CS – NACE, SS, DSS, Cu-Ni materials.
- New installation/modification of structures including decks, walkways, stair case, handrails & grating for offshore platforms.
- Hook up & commissioning works on platforms
- HVAC system Installation, Commissioning & maintenance.
